中国石化新闻网讯 据全球石油新闻1月20日消息称，KMG国际集团通过其子公司Rompetrol Rafinare和Rompetrol Dowstream在罗马尼亚开发并推出了优质冬季燃料Xtreme winter EfixS柴油。

这是一个独特的组合—十六烷值至少为55，可在严寒的冬季条件下（低至-35摄氏度）下实现发动机的最佳运行。

在罗马尼亚，Xtreme Winter EfixS柴油已经在195个罗马尼亚石油公司加油站出售。在下一期间，摩尔多瓦共和国的87个罗马尼亚石油公司汽油加油站将提供这种汽油。

KMG International Develops Premium Winter Fuel

KMG International Group has developed and launched in Romania the premium winter fuel - Xtreme Winter EfixS Diesel, through its subsidiaries - Rompetrol Rafinare and Rompetrol Dowstream.

This is a unique combination - a cetane number of at least 55, for optimal engine operation in severe winter conditions, down to -35 degrees Celsius.

In Romania, Xtreme Winter EfixS Diesel is already sold in 195 Rompetrol stations. In the following period, it will be available in the 87 Rompetrol fuel stations in the Republic of Moldova.

Developed and tested in the Petromidia refinery was the formula of the premium winter fuel – the benefits provided by the cetane number of 55 being supplemented by a series of performant additives for the optimal functioning of the car at extremely low temperatures.

An indicator of the quality of the diesel is the cetane figure. It ensures a complete combustion of the fuel, a high calorific power, a reduction of the wear of the engine, while at the same time, it allows a rapid reaction of the engine in demanding conditions - overtaking, slope climbing, high load.

A cold filter plugging point (CFPP) of -35 degrees Celsius was obtained for this type of fuel, after numerous tests and tries.

The result of the sustained investments made by KMG International in the Petromidia refinery, which today has the most advanced technological solutions in Romania and in the region, is this improved EfixS Diesel 55 fuel formula. The development of a unique premium diesel fuel in Romania has resulted in the professionalism of the people involved in this project, which is a fact that attests to the capability of Petromidia, a modern refinery, operated by capable and dedicated people.
