Notification: Send push notification for MT4

BuySignalColor: Buy signal color

BuySignalArrowSize: Buy signal arrow size

BuyArrowCode: Buy arrow code (check Wingdings font table)

SellSignalColor: Sell signal color

SellSignalArrowSize: Sell signal arrow size

SellArrowCode: Sell arrow code (check Wingdings font table)
