Signal lots multiplier

The program allows you to automatically increase the volume of the lot received from your signal with following features:

1) you can set the multiplier manually with "multiplier" parameter;

2) Risk controlled. The maximum lots/account balance ratio can be set with parameter "ratio";

3) "stop loss" and "take profit" is synchronized with signal tickets accordingly;

3) one signal ticket, one copied ticket;
