Catch the Hedge Demo

Description

The Expert Advisor uses a Hedging strategy. Bollinger Bands and Money Flow Index are used as support. In this demo version you can use only 0.01 microlots and EURUSD currency pair.

Parameters

Global settings

• Fixed_Lot:  For values greater than 0 a fixed starting Lot is used, otherwise for value equal to 0 1% Risk Management is used.
• Max_Spread: The maximum permissible value of Spread in points.
• Max_Slippage: The maximum permissible value of Slippage in points.

Hedging

• Hedge_PointProfit: Distance in points for new open orders.
• Hedge_Max: The maximum permissible value of Hedging (min value = 1).

Bollinger Bands

• BB_AveragingPeriod: Number of periods for the Bollinger Bands.
• BB_StandardDeviations: Standard Deviation of the Bollinger Bands.
• pb_ThresholdB: Threshold %b for Buy direction (double value from 0.0 to 1.0).
• pb_ThresholdS: Threshold %b for Sell direction (double value from 0.0 to 1.0).

Money Flow Index

• MFI_AveragingPeriod: Number of periods for the MFI.
• MFI_ThresholdB: Threshold of MFI for Buy direction (integer value from 0 to 100).
• MFI_ThresholdS: Threshold of MFI for Sell direction (integer value from 0 to 100).

BackTest

In the comment section, you can find the Backtest for EURUSD Pair on over 15 years of data and a starting capital of only 100 USD.

For Buyers
