SevenUSD in TwoDeMarker

Indicator "SevenUSD in TwoDeMarker" ("US$7-2DeM") displays the following data in the subwindow of any financial instrument:

• the average value of the "DeMarker" indicator values for "GBPUSD", "EURUSD", "AUDUSD", "NZDUSD"; - a thick white line;
• the average value of the "DeMarker" indicator values for "USDCHF", "USDJPY", "USDCAD"; - a thin red line.

In inputs:

• DRAWs - number of bars to display,
• DeM_PeriodS - "DeMarker" indicator period. It is common for all the 7 US dollar quotes used.
