Extended ATR

On the one hand this indicator is an extended version of the conventional Average True Range indicator, with 3 additional smoothing methods: exponential, smoothed, linear-weighted, on the other hand it shows the width of the price channel on the selected period (LengthHL). Moreover, the combinations of two periods gives a smoothed price channel, i.e. its width.
