Parameters:

• MagicNumber: set a magic number for EA
• BuyTrade: for open buy position use true
• SellTrade: for open sell position use true
• MVIPeriod: Indicator period
• MinimumStepPip: minimum distance for next trade
• TakeProfitPercent: profit target as percent (all of the position will be closed at this profit)
• StartTradeHour: start trade at hour x
• Min_Balance_For_0_01: minimum balance for 0.01 lot
• UseVolumeSystem_1: use volume system 1 (0.01 - 0.01 - 0.02 - 0.03 - 0.04 - 0.05 and ...)
• UseVolumeSystem_2: use volume system 2 (0.01 - 0.01 - 0.02 - 0.04 - 0.08 - 0.16 and ...)
• UseTradingSystem_1: trading method 1
