Easy Orders GUI panel

This is a GUI panel that help traders in opening orders with consiuosness of risk, stop loss and take profit amounts and help also in managing orders when opened.

Order price, SL and TP values will be printed on the chart and it is possible to adjust values simple by moving lines (as you can do with opened order!)... when values are correct it is possible to submit the order.

If entered Order Price is near of the current price of less than 1 pip an instant order will be created, instead of this will be created a pending order.

PS. default Stop Loss is calculated using Multiplier * ATR Daily (this for the initial money management) when you change SL lot size will be recalculated.
