Custom HLOC free

In this free version of the library, the history of a generated file depends on the maximum number of the bars displayed in the chart window. There is also a paid version, in which non-standard timeframes' history files are generated for the entire available history depth, while availability of the standard timeframes' data does not depend on the number of the bars displayed on the chart.
