ATR plus moving average

This indicator attaches a moving average(MA) curve of the original ATR to measure the market volatility.

Inputs:

• ATR Period: The original ATR Period.
• Average Period: The Moving Average period of the ATR.
• Minimal Average value: If MA value < minimal value, it draws a horizontal line instead of a curve.
