It monitors minor changes in character of price movements simultaneously with volumes, therefore providing early entry points and conservative exits.

Though Volatility Hunter shows its best results with reliable volume data, special option of "synthetic" volume (which uses OHLC data only) is implemented to optimize performance in case of poor or missing volume data.

Unlike analogs, Volatility Hunter is additionally filtered in order to avoid going off-scale on gaps and news events as well as on poor volume data.
