The indicator shows the bars with the smallest range between High and Low. To correctly display the indicator on the chart, press F8, go to the "General" tab, turn off the check "Chart on foreground".

In the properties of the indicator is possible to adjust the period to search for the minimum values between High and Low. Also you can change the color and line thickness.
