Atr Histogram

This is an indicator displays candle sizes as a histogram and highlights 'Big Bull' and 'Big Bear' candles (where the price moves the most).

It also displays the average true range as a line.

There is also volume filters (see below) where low volume candles can be filtered out from highlighting.

Usage: It can help to find market tops and bottoms.

Inputs:

• ExtAtrPeriod = The amount of bars to calculate the indicator on (default value: 20).
• ExtMode: There are 4 different modes to choose from:
1. OPEN_CLOSE: The candle size is the diff from open to close.
2. HIGH_LOW: The candle size is the diff from high to low.
3. OPEN_CLOSE_WITH_VOLUME: The candle size is the diff from open to close, candle is only highlighted if the volume is above average.
4. HIGH_LOW_WITH_VOLUME: The candle size is the diff from high to low, candle is only highlighted if the volume is above average.
