• Green histogram - buy.
• Red histogram - sell.

The indicator provides signals at the late reversal points. Why at the late ones? The indicator is not a magic wand. It cannot provide signals on the very peaks. Instead, it generates trend continuation signals on the late reversal points.

Sometimes, it may provide signals on the very peaks as well, but that is not likely.
