Horizontal Level alert

Indicator places two horizontal levels on the chart: upper and lower.

Levels can be moved manually.

When the price crosses the upper level upwards or the lower level downwards, the indicator beeps and send a notification(alert) indicating a direction and an instrument by which crossing occurred. You can use the option of drawing points of the level crossing by the price (enabled by default). You can also set the alarm minimum interval in seconds in order to avoid repetitive signal in case of frequent price fluctuations around the level (default value is 30 seconds).
