AVT DeMarker EA

The Expert Advisor is based on the indicator - DeMarker. The Demark indicator was developed by Thomas R. Demark. Demark tried to create an overbought / oversold indicator, which would not have most of the shortcomings of the traditional indicators, the purpose of which was to identify the potential minimums and maximums of the market, based on the demand for the asset and an indication of the extent of riskiness of buying and selling the asset in the current situation.

The EA implements two strategies for working on this indicator:

1. Opening of trades directly upon reaching overbought/oversold levels
2. Opening of trades when the reversal pattern is formed in the indicator chart in the areas of overbought/oversold levels

The number of simultaneously open buy and sell orders is set separately. Thanks to this you can use the advisor only in the direction of the trend.

Also implemented are the functions of money management, trailing stop, hidden trailing stop, notifications. The Expert Advisor automatically detects 4 and 5 digit quotes.

Money management

• UseMoneyManagement - FixedLot - use fixed lot, AccountBalancePercent - lot as a % of the account balance, AccountEquityPercent - lot as a % of the account equity, AccountFreeMarginPercent - lot as a % of the free margin of the account
• Lot - lot size when FixedLot is selected
• Percent - percentage for the calculation of the lot
• MaxBuyOrders - maximum number of simultaneous open buy orders
• MaxSellOrders - maximum number of simultaneous open sell orders

Takeprofit settings

• TakeProfit - value of Take Profit in points
• StopLoss - value of Stop Loss in points

Trailing settings

• Trailing_Start - start trailing
• Trailing_Distance - distance between the SL and the current price
• Trailing_Step - trailing step
• Trailing_Hidden - use hidden SL

DeMarker settings

• Strategy - selection of strategies for working with the DeMarker indicator
• DeMarker_Period - period of the DeMarker indicator
• DeMarker_Overbought - overbought level of the DeMarker indicator
• DeMarker_Oversold - oversold level of the DeMarker indicator

Notification_settings

• Sendalert - enable alert
• SendEMail - enable e-mail notification
