Signals 3 MACD Plus

The Expert Advisor is an advnaced version of Signals 3 MACD. The main difference is the auto optimization of basic parameters. Here you do no have to select CCI and Stochastic levels, MA periods and other indicator parameters. The EA optimizes parameters during trading. The number of auto optimization bars is set manually.

The trading system is based on crossing of three signal lines (with different parameters) of the MACD indicator. When all the lines are increasing, a buy order is opened (the opposite - sell order). The CCI indicator is required to avoid buying at the highest price but to buy when the price decreases a bit, but there is still an uptrend.

The EA is easily customizable and can be used on timeframes M5-H1. It can be used on the M1 timeframe as well, if the spread is very low. Recommended pairs are EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDCAD, USDJPY, EURGBP. The EA does not use risky trading strategies, it always sets stop loss which it can later transfer to a small profit.

Inputs

• Lots - lot size (if Lots=0, then the lot will be calculated based on the percentage of account free margin);
• Percentage of free money - percentage of free margin to open each new trade, recommended values are from 1 to 10;
• MaxSpread - maximum spread for opening trades (on the accounts with floating spread, for the trade to open when the spread is not too large);
• Magic - unique identifier, use different magic numbers if multiple Expert Advisors run in your terminal;
• MaxStopLoss - order closing price when the loss level is reached;
• TakeProfitOptimiztion - take profit for optimization;
• MaxTakeProfit - maximum take profit price;
• AverageSpread - spread for auto optimization;
• HistoryForOptimization - history (number of history bars) for auto optimization (the more bars, the longer the test and the better quality it has);
• MinHistoryProfit - minimum profit within the history period for optimization;
• MinCountTrades - minimum number of trades within history period for optimization;
• AnalysisDelay - delay between auto optimizations in minutes (the greater the delay, the longer the test)
• FastMethod - enable/disable the accelerated auto optimization method;
• CountBuy - maximum number of buy orders opened simultaneously;
• CountSell - maximum number of sell orders opened simultaneously.
