TrendLinesStochastics

The Expert Advisor defines trend lines. The EA is able to calculate numerous lines simultaneously and it can trade based on the areas where such lines consolidate, forming a strong support or resistance for the price. Besides, this version of the EA includes customizable Stochastic indicator and other useful additions. Trend lines can are plotted and Stochastic indicator can be checked on two timeframes simultaneously.

The EA has many settings allowing traders to obtain good results on many timeframes and currency pairs.

Inputs

• Lots - lot size (if 0, a lot is calculated based on the percentage of account free margin);
• Percentage of free money - percentage of free margin to open each new trade (applicable when Lots=0);
• MaxSpread - maximum allowable spread to open trades (for floating-spread symbols, to avoid opening with a large spread);
• Magic - unique identifier (use different magic numbers if multiple Expert Advisors run in your terminal);
• StopLoss - Stop Loss order value;
• TakeProfit - order closing price at a certain profit target;
• Stop to breakeven after - move stop loss to breakeven after a specified number of points;
• Profit by stop-loss - profit based on the specified breakeven;
• EnableAutoClose - automatic closure of orders in case of a reverse signal;
• HistorySearch - number of bars in history to search for the trend lines and channels (recommended range - from 30 to 200);
• Shift - shift to the left from the current bar (recommended range - from 1 to 10);
• MinFractalsDistance - minimum distance between the nearest fractals for plotting lines (recommended vales are from 1 to 20);
• MaxCountLines - maximum number of trend lines (recommended range - even numbers from 2 to 30);
• Number of lines relating to prices - minimum number of lines that touch the price bar for opening a deal (recommended values are from 1 to 7);
• FindChannels - switch between channels and lines (Linesonly - common lines, Channels - draw channels, OppositeLine - draw opposite lines);
• FastMethod - enable/disable fast but less accurate method of plotting lines and channels;
• PeriodMA - Moving Average indicator period;
• PeriodCCI - Commodity Channel Index indicator period;
• LevelsCCI - levels of the Commodity Channel Index indicator;
• Period ADX - period of the ADX indicator;
• Max Level ADX - maximum level of the ADX indicator;
• StochLowLevel - Stochastic lower level on the current timeframe;
• StochHighLevel - Stochastic upper level on the current timeframe;
• PeriodK - calculation period for the K line of Stochastic indicator on the current timeframe;
• PeriodD - calculation period for the D line of Stochastic indicator on the current timeframe;
• Slowing - Stochastic slowing on the current timeframe;
• MethodMA - Stochastic averaging method on the current timeframe;
• Timeframe2 - second timeframe for plotting lines and additional Stochastic indicator;
• Stoch2LowLevel - Stochastic lower level on the second timeframe;
• Stoch2HighLevel - Stochastic upper level on the second timeframe;
• PeriodK2 - calculation period for the K line of Stochastic indicator on the second timeframe;
• PeriodD2 - calculation period for the D line of Stochastic indicator on the second timeframe;
• Slowing2 - Stochastic slowing on the second timeframe;
• StrengthSignals - strength of signals from Stochastic and other indicators;
• MinFractalsDistance2 - minimum distance between the nearest fractals for plotting the second timeframe lines;
• MaxCountLines2 - maximum number of the second timeframe trend lines;
• Trading start hour - trading start hour;
