RSI and CCI signal

The indicator sends buy and sell signals based on the RSI and CCI indicator signals.

It bases the decision on 4 signals.

• Buy:
1. CCI low level, below which it should start moving up (default is -100)
2. RSI low level,below which it should start moving up (default is 30)
3. Which level the RSI should intersect and close above (default is 50)
4. CCI high level, above which it should be when RSI intersects 50 (default is +90)
• Sell:
1. CCI high level, above which it should start moving down (default is 100)
2. RSI high level, above which it should start moving down (default is 70)
3. Which level the RSI should intersect and close below(default is 50)
4. CCI low level, below which it should be when RSI intersects 50 (default is -90)

Signals 3 and 4 should be present simultaneously, or in the following candle.
